[Bug 31824] Dapper: Adept takes multiple tries to start

I think it is an other problem.

Please try to install libqt-perl. 
Currently it is not a dependency for adept.

Here is the statement from the adapt package:

"Please install libqt-perl if you want the KDE Debconf frontend to
function."

This fixed my problems starting adept. 
(i'm working with dapper.)
