[Bug 34992] Name with ampersand appears with underscore in menus

Description:
When you add servers under a name with an ampersand, e.g. "Server1 &
Server2", it results in all of Konversation's menus showing "Server1
_Server2" instead of the expected "Server1 & Server2".
