[Bug 30101] konqueror doesn't detect properly flash plugin installation

I've managed to fix this, but right now I don't have the pc in front of
me so I can give exact instructions on how I did it, which I would like
to post here. IIRC the problem was solved installing the appropiate
package and telling konqueror where the plugins are.
