[Bug 34398] adept freezes when selecting installed package Details

Next best thing. I created a new user, added him to
group admin, and removed libqt-perl, then logged in 
as the new user.  I invoked adept from the command
line, and the freeze happened when I went to inspect Details of an installed package.  I killed the adept
process, reinstalled libqt-perl, and ran adept again.
This time the freeze at Details inspection did not
happen.   I guess that pretty much puts it down
to the absence os libqt-perl.  Luka may be correct
(see comment from Luka Renko above) that it is 
a duplicate of bug 31284: the problem is that 
libqt-perl is not a dependancy in the adept package.

You can obliterate this bug or reject it or mark it
as duplicate or whatever.  I'm done.
