Description:
ii  kwin                         3.5.1-0ubuntu14              the KDE
window manager

kwin use 90% for a few minutes after initial login. That makes switching
for workspace to another take at least 20second.

This occur on my P3 1GHz machine.

I have heard that this occur also on PPC.
