[Bug 35502] Adept notifier should have "check now" option

No, notifier never checks updates or anything by itself. Adding
immediate update check would require root privileges, see my comment
above. Not doable in freeze. The UI change to add update system to
context menu is doable though. As for double-click, i thought it was
single click. It definitely is here.
