[Bug 34925] Crystal theme takes all CPU

I have also seen major delay with crystal on first switch of desktops. Immediately after login, if I click on another desktop, followed quickly by clik on the third desktop you will see that the first switch of desktop is fast, while the second switch will have 10-15 sec delay.
Maybe to note, my initial desktop is full of running apps, while other two are (mostly) empty.

If I change window decoration to Plastik, I cannot reproduce this problem and everything is much snappier (no delay on startup of new apps).
