[Bug 37015] Unexpected behaviour of network configuration

Description:
If you change a network interface in kcontrol with the button "configure interface", lets say from static ip to dhcp, and then you click on enable interface, it does not work as expected. most probably the interface will show online 1 second and offline again after that. This confuses newbies and me too.
The solltion is to first click on "apply" and then on enable interface.
