Public bug reported:
https://launchpad.net/malone/bugs/37210
Affects: kde-systemsettings (Ubuntu)
Severity: Normal
Priority: (none set)
Status: Unconfirmed
Description:
At startup, the network is unavailable (I use DHCP). I have to manually open the System Settings > network config. I can see that my network interface is disabled.
If I click on "Activate", it does not work : the network interface is still disabled.
I have to click on the Routes tab, enter a gateway (this field is always
blank on startup), Apply, click on Network Interface tab, and Activate.
This happens after every boot.
I am using Flight 5 of Kubuntu, and I have done an apt-get upgrade.
Let me know if you need more details...
