[Bug 37334] Logitech MX700 battery level only ever reports @ 71%

Description:
My Logitech cordless MX700 mouse only ever indicates the battery level
is at 71%. Just before a complete discharge of the batteries the battery
level indicates 42% and a minute or so after that the batteries are
completely depleted. There is no warning neither.
