The entire point of this bug is to come up with some sensible place to put the preseed files. I don't want to simply copy them to debian-installer because then they would get out of sync with CDs; if they're copied to debian-installer, then some work needs to be done to ensure that that's the canonical source for them. That is the purpose of this bug.
