[Bug 37473] konqueror should let user "Show terminal emulator" from the menu

Description:
I didn't know that Konqueror has this feature until I saw it in "Configure Toolbar".
This feature is useful especially in in file management mode.
Right now the Tool menu is very short (Breezy 3.5.2), so IMO it should be ok to add this in (or replace the "Execute Shell Command").
