[Bug 42778] svg thumbnail previews in konqueror are truncated rather than scaled

Description:
Thumbnail previews of svg files in konqueror show only the top left
corner of the image.  Seeing as how these are scalable vector graphics,
it should be trivial and would be preferable to have make the icon a
scaled-down thumbnail of the complete image.
