[Bug 47630] with no windows open, double alt-tab results in crashing kwin

Binary package hint: kwin

If no window is open, first alt-tab displays 'no window  is open'. Then
the second alt-tab results in crashing kwin. All windows lose their
headers; sometimes panels get closed (invisible?); some windows can't
receive input. All I can do is pressing a key combination to log off.
