[Bug 69706] A/V is out of Sync on Kaffeine in Kubuntu 6.10

Public bug reported:

The audio is out of synchronization with the video in Kaffeine.  I
traced this to be a possible problem with libxine 1.1.2.  It supposedly
effects all front-end players that use the xine 1.1.2 engine.  Its a
very annoying issue.
