[Bug 70429] config uses 'kview' which is not installed by default.

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: klipper

In the default klipper configuration the actions connected with images
(jpeg) is to execute kview. But on kubuntu the kview application is not
installed, gwenview is.

I suggest to alter the default configuration so it works for a default
install.

Note I saw this on edgy.
