Same here. Using Edgy (updated from Dapper). First HD on 0,0,0 or /dev/sr0, cdrecord *and cdda2wav* trying to open /dev/sg0. Working with dev=/dev/sr0. If you need some help, please just ask. ;-) -- cdrecord maps <bus>,<target>,<lun> to /dev/sgX imperfectly https://launchpad.net/bugs/23203
