[Bug 71647] name of files not properly escaped

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kaudiocreator

CDDB gave me a reply with "~" in the title of the musik.

now when I encoded the cd into mp3 files, the "~" got replaced with "/home/aj",
resulting in filenames like
/home/aj/mp3/Various Artists/Album Title/Artist 1 - 01 - Track TItle/home/ajSpecial Edit/home/aj.mp3

that was not intended. Please add a proper quoting of characters like
"~".
