[Bug 71847] There is no documentation for Ktorrent available.

Public bug reported:

When one looks for help in Ktorrent, Khelpcentre returns the error that
there is no documentation available. I am sure that it exists upstream,
so I am guessing that it is more of a matter of importing it.
