[Bug 71588] Re: Konqueror fails to open a new tab

I installed Ubuntu 6.10 on another machine without kubuntu-desktop, just xubuntu-desktop. Then I installed kde-core, and suddenly kde. In this time the bug didn't appeared to me again. But after installing kubuntu-desktop it was there again.
So the bug isn't a part of kde. It must be in the kubuntu-modifications.
