[Bug 63779] logout from session #2 doesn't return to #1

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdm

I start a new session by k-menu->switch user->start new session.
However, when I log of the other session I am not returned to my other session but get a black screen. I manually have to press ctrl+alt+F7 to get back to my session #1

note: I was using the same user account. I don't know it that changes
anything.
