[Bug 58743] top-right-konqueror.png is incorrect in one location.

Public bug reported:

This is in a clean install of edgy knot 2.

The default Konqueror start screen has mostly been updated to the purple
theme, except for top-right-konqueror.png which is still the old blue.

/usr/share/apps/konqueror/about/top-right-konqueror.png is the incorrect
blue color.

/usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en/common/top-right-konqueror.png is the updated
purple color.

Both are the same size, so the replacement of one with the other should
eliminate the visual discrepancy.
