Ok, sorry, my fault. I thought extracodecs only consist licensed codecs like mp3 and co. Since Flac is OpenSource Kubuntu should play it out of the box imho.
So I can confirm that amarok plays flac after installing libxine-extracodecs and restart amarok/system.
