[Bug 64686] firefox beta on edgy personal security manager not there

Public bug reported:

I upgraded to edgy last week.

When I try to access a https site with firefox beta 2, I get an error page. It says:
"Verify that the personal security manager in installed." My installation is in french, so I translated the error message. The wording may be a little different.
