[Bug 64168] KDE clipboard used with Openoffice does not support Umlauts

Public bug reported:

Please open http://www.singenundspielen.de/id221.htm with Konqueror. On
top of the center of that page you find the word 'Koenigskinder' (with
german umlaut ö). Mark this word and press CTRL-C.

Open a new writer document. 
Pasting the word by using the middle mouse button works perfect.
Pasting the word by using CTRL-V does not work.
