[Bug 67023] aRts sound server fails to start

...In an "Error - artsmessage" dialogue. Occurs when KDE starts up --
same problem occurs if I try to disable/enable aRts again. Running
Kubuntu Edgy live (desktop) RC. Possibly useful info:
