[Bug 67614] kde-guidance desktop .mo file can not be loaded

Public bug reported:

In Kubuntu 6.10 Edgy Eft RC, the kde-guidance desktop file ( for example
the Czech one, which is located in /usr/share/locale-
langpack/cs/LC_MESSAGES/desktop-guidance.mo ) is not loaded by ksycoca
and therefore not used in systemsettings. Since other desktop files are
named "desktop_" and desktop-guidance.mo is the only one with the "-"
character, it could be a typo.
