[Bug 67889] (edgy) KDE crashes when logout is canceled

Public bug reported:

If the default options of the Session Manager are changed trough the
System Settings dialog, unchecking the "Offer shutdown options"
checkbox, KDE crashes if the cancel button is pressed in the "Log
Out..." dialog, going back to the login screen (kdm).
