[Bug 68009] [Edgy] Battery Status Systray Icon is misleading

Public bug reported:

The systray icon of guidance-power-manager, which represents the battery
status is quite misleading. As an example, see the attached screenshot
of the icon at 94% charged. It looks more like 75%. This isn't mission
critical, but quite annoying.
