[Bug 68434] Vertical Bar not positioned correctly

Binary package hint: kghostview

The vertical bar on the right side of the screen does not cover the some
pixels from the right and when you click on the right most side when the
screen is maximized you grab with the hand tool the page instead of
grabbing the vertical bar or affecting it.
