[Bug 61196] konqueror ssh authorization blocks kde wallet password dialog on session restore

I have KDE wallet storing passwords for something and use konqueror's
fish:/ ioslave to access a remote share that requires a password, then
leave the tab with the share open and log out.  When I log in, the kde
wallet password dialog is at the front of everything, and the password
dialog for SSH appears somewhere in the background, usually behind other
windows.  I cannot type my password into the kde wallet dialog until I
dismiss (by canceling or by putting in my password) the SSH dialog.
However, the kde wallet dialog stays on top and I have to drag it out of
the way.
