[Bug 61141] kppp-options is not modificable with root privileges

Public bug reported:

in my Kubutu dapper the file /etc/ppp/peers/kppp-options not is modifiable. 
I have opened the file with sudo kate /etc/ppp/peers/kppp-options and save.
how much I exit appears the message kio_uiserver and the modify is not apply.

my modify is from #noauth a noauth for a error in kppp connection

pppd[6028] using the noath option requires root privilege

you have one idea of like resolving?
