Kubuntu Edgy - latests updates as of 2006-09-24 @ 22:00 UTC

I cannot open up the Display Settings via 'System Settings', 'KControl',
'Run Dialog', or 'Konsole'.

I cannot open up the Disk & Filesystem settings via 'System Settings',
'KControl', 'Run Dialog', or 'Konsole'

I cannot open up User Management via 'System Settings', 'KControl', 'Run
Dialog', however I can open it up via 'Konsole'

The following posts will provide screenshots, and error messages for
each issue.
