[Bug 99693] knetworkmanager icon weirdness after resume

Running Kubuntu Feisty Beta 1. When I resume from suspend or from
hibernation, The status icon of knetworkmanager looks weird. It's
something about the alphachannel. It looks like knetworkmanager forgets
to erase the previous icon and runs the new "alpha-channeled" over it,
so it looks like 2 images laid over each other. Clearly a upstream bug
imho.
