[Bug 74262] Re: Two "Manage Repositories" entries under different menus in Adept Manager

Fixed in adept/manager/adept_managerui.rc.  It's pretty simple.  I kept
the menu item in Adept but removed it from View.  I like it better that
way.  Feel free to disagree.
