[Bug 102252] UVFe - Sync Basket 1.0.1 from experimental

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: basket

This is a request to sync basket 1.0.1 from debian experimental.

Upstream has made only bugfixes, and fixes all of the bugs for basket in
our bugtracker.  Upstream has released this early, especially for us.

This is a major KDE app, although it is in universe, so we need this fix
in.
