[Bug 99834] QT 4 applications are not getting feisty default styles and widgets

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

QT 4 applications (like speedcrunch and - I believe - the kubuntu
installer and Adept Manager's Software Sources window - Manage
Repositories menu item) are not getting feisty default's styles and
widgets (not tested for user selected ones but I think they'll ignore'em
too). They're displaying edgy's styles and widgets.
