[Bug 103414] adept dependency

Binary package hint: adept-common

I just did a full upgrade using Adept for my Kubuntu 6.10 for x86. The
only upgradeable packages this time were those related to Adept itself.
All of them installed except adept-common. Adept tells me adept-common
is upgradeable, but then won't upgrade it and tells me it could break
stuff. It looks like a dependency problem has been introduced into the
Adept package family.
