[Bug 103261] KNetworkManager opens up KWallet which doesnt accept my password (errorcode -9)

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu
better.  kdewalletmanager should show up in your system tray after you
launch it.  Do you not see it there?  Thanks in advance.
