[Bug 104681] Upgrade system fails in Feisty Beta

I'm running Feisty Beta. After running the Adept Update I receive the
message "A new distribution version is available...." but clicking on
Version Upgrade I do not receive any version announcement (eg Upgrade -
System is blank), so I have to give a Cancel to continue.
