Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: kdepim
KMail does not allow encryption of mails with keys that are not trusted
or (locally) signed.
The KDE upstream bug has some good points, why this is bad behaviour.
Additionally, it has a lot of votes and a rudimentary patch. It would be
great if the patch could get improved and applied for Kubuntu.
