[Bug 107282] dot "." as a folder name

Binary package hint: konqueror

Steps to reproduce.

1. Create a folder "testing" in Konqueror
2. Enter the folder (click on it)
3. Right-click on the empty space, choose properties
4. The folder name shown in the "General" tab is "." when it should be "testing".

** Affects: kdebase (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
