[Bug 107644] Kubuntu package menu disappears after restoring default KDE profiles

Public bug reported:

Kubuntu package menu disappears on kubuntu 6.10 and 7.04 after restoring
default KDE profiles for konqueror.

I found walk around to install kubuntu-pkgmenu_1.3-0ubuntu1.deb from kde-apps. 
I think it would be nice for those who prefer default profiles for konqueror to have same package menu available...
