[Bug 107706] need option to disable rich text by default

Binary package hint: kopete

since rich text doesnt work with the spell checker (and i find the spell
checker a lot more useful than rich text), it would be nice if there was
an option to disable rich text by default.  you can turn it off per chat
session, and kopete will remember this, but its annoying to have to do
it every time you get an IM from a new person.
