[Bug 108342] konqueror web shortcuts for google not correct for region

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: konqueror

Installed kubuntu feisty or edgy and selected johannesburg south africa
and even set my location AGAIN in systemsettings regional&languages.

After that if I use any of the google web shortcuts like "I'm feeling
lucky" or any google search it defaults to a .co.uk and not a .co.za

So i go to Settings => configure => web short cuts => and change the
.co.uk to co.za

This should be automatically picked up.
