[Bug 108348] Multiple desktops + xinerama + lock applet == crash

I have xinerama configured with a twin monitor setup. I have multiple
desktops set up, one above the other. When I click the "lock" button on
the kicker bar, the dialog comes up, kwin crashes (all window
decorations disappear) and then I'm bumped out to KDM.
