[Bug 108630] kicker has invalid dependencies

I tried to remove kicker using synaptic, and the following were going to
be removed too:

kcontrol
kde-systemsettings
kmplayer-konq-plugins
konq-kim
konq-plugins
konqueror
kubuntu-konqueror-shortcuts

None of these should depend on kicker, surely.
