Public bug reported:

I upgraded from Edgy to Feisty (laptop DELL Inspiron 6000)

Any inserted discs are about to mount but the popup that shows the mounting progress is stuck at 0% and kded eats all my CPU.
The only good solution for me is to restart X (with disc in the drive) and the disc is correctly mounted in the new session !!

This happens until Edgy. Thought it would be solved in Feisty, but not.

My bug is very similar to this old one : https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kdelibs/+bug/16491
I looks also like this problem : http://lists.kde.org/?l=kde-devel&m=110719156320385&w=2

Looks like something blocks kded untuil I restart X ...

** Affects: kdelibs (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
