[Bug 110413] kdegraphics must build-depend on imlib11-dev

Binary package hint: kdegraphics

I've built the kdegraphics source package, but I had to explicitly
install the imlib11-dev package myself.

The file Imlib.h was missing during the build process and caused it to
abort - the package imlib11-dev (which contains this file) had not been
pulled in by "apt-get build-dep kdegraphics".
