[Bug 110663] aKregator downloads a post repeatedly if it changes

Binary package hint: akregator

I'm not sure whether or not this qualifies as a bug - however, in the
example where aKregator is subscribed to a feed, and one post in that
feed continually changes (for example, it is a poll, and this is
continually changed as people vote), then aKregator will re-download it
every time it syncs that feed.

I'm not sure if this is also present in liferea or other feed readers.

I couldn't find anywhere upstream to report a bug either, and I'm not
totally sure whether this is a bug or intended behaviour.
